Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is exactly how it works.

7-day return window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be accepted, the item must be:

unused and unworn, with no scratches or signs of wear
in its original packaging, with all tags and the invoice
complete — nothing missing from a set

How to start a return

Email sonipraveen700@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 87697 97574 with your order number and a photo of the item. We will confirm the return and arrange a reverse pickup where our courier serves your PIN code. Where reverse pickup is not available, we will ask you to self-ship and we will reimburse standard courier charges.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. There is no return charge in these cases.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched — just email or WhatsApp us. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you can still use the 7-day return window.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once we receive the item and check its condition — usually within 2 business days of it reaching us.
The money goes back to your original payment method and typically shows up in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account you give us.

What we cannot accept

Items returned after 7 days from delivery
Items that have been worn, damaged after delivery, altered or resized
Items returned without their original packaging, tags or invoice
Items bought in a clearance or final-sale promotion, where stated on the product page

A note on our jewellery

Our pieces are 18K gold-plated on hypoallergenic stainless steel. Slight variation in tone between the photo and the piece you receive is normal and is not considered a defect. Plating is a surface finish — wear and tear from perfume, water, sweat or rough handling is not covered.
