Products and descriptions
Our jewellery is 18K gold-plated or silver-tone plated on hypoallergenic stainless steel, set with cubic zirconia, crystals, simulated pearls or enamel. It is fashion / demi-fine jewellery. It is not solid gold, solid silver, or set with natural diamonds or precious gemstones, and we never describe it as such.
We photograph every piece ourselves and try to show colour and finish accurately, but screens vary. Small differences in tone, and small variations between handmade or hand-set pieces, are normal.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- A struck-through price is the maximum retail price; the price next to it is what you pay.
- We may change prices and run or end promotions at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout.
- If a price or product detail is listed in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. We will tell you if this happens.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your PIN code, if the order looks fraudulent, or if there was a pricing error.

Jewellery care
To keep plating looking new: put jewellery on last and take it off first, keep it away from perfume, deodorant, water, sweat and cleaning products, wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing, and store pieces separately. Damage from not following this is normal wear, not a manufacturing defect.
Your account and conduct
If you create an account, keep your password safe — you are responsible for activity on it. Please do not misuse the site: no scraping, no attempts to break security, no reselling our product photos or copy, and no placing orders fraudulently.
Our content
All product photography, text, the name “The Soni Ji” and our logo belong to us. You may not use them commercially without our written permission.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying the item you ordered, in the condition described. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Barmer, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
