Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from our studio in Barmer, Rajasthan.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on all orders of ₹999 and above, anywhere in India.
Orders below ₹999 carry a flat shipping charge of ₹79.
Shipping charges, if any, are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Rest of India: 5–8 business days after dispatch
Remote or restricted PIN codes may take a little longer

These are estimates. Delivery can be delayed by weather, strikes, festivals, regional restrictions or other reasons outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within 3 business days of ordering, please write to us.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a shipment comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because delivery was refused, re-shipping charges will apply.
